Leads come in and are sorted into three categories: not enrolled in school, enrolled in school, or ready to interview. The ready-to-interview group includes people who are already licensed or within two weeks of taking their state exam.

You are only speaking with people who are ready to interview. You’re not spending time with anyone who hasn’t started school or who is still early in the process. Everyone else stays in our system and continues to be nurtured until they’re qualified and ready to talk.

Once a recruit is ready to interview, meaning they are either licensed or within two weeks of taking their state exam, they receive your YDS calendar link and choose a time that works. Your calendar syncs with Google, Apple, or Outlook so everything stays current. You get an instant notification with their details and they receive automated reminders before the meeting. The entire scheduling process is fully automated.

As a career consultant, you have two options for referring a recruit to a local Market Center.

You can use our self-referral option, which closes the recruit in our database so we no longer engage with them. You take full responsibility for referring the recruit to the local Market Center, including all communication, scheduling the appointment, following up, and confirming whether you were named as their sponsor. This option is completely free.

The other option is to use the YDS Referral Management service for $69 per recruit. We handle the entire process for you. That includes scheduling the local interview, following up with the recruit, and letting you know their decision on joining and whether you were named as their sponsor.

No. The final sponsorship decision is always made by the recruit. The $69 fee simply covers the service of managing the referral process. It is not a guarantee that you’ll be named as their sponsor.

Yes. If you are focused on a specific office or area, we can direct your traffic to that location. Just let us know which city or Market Center you want to target and we will set up the advertisement to promote it for you.

YDS SmartFlow is a shared feature that lets multiple agents grow one Market Center together. Leads are evenly distributed through a round-robin flow, so everyone has a chance to grow their profit share tree. Market Centers can add unlimited consultants, or individual agents can opt in. It’s built to empower ALCs, leadership, and top producers to drive growth from within. No overlap, no missed leads, just smart recruiting.

You get full visibility into your recruit’s profile including their contact information, current job, whether they are looking for full-time or part-time, residential or commercial focus, and their personal reason for pursuing a real estate career. If they already know another KW associate, we remove them from your database so you can stay focused on the right people. 

We provide you with a list of nearby Market Centers based on your recruit’s location, along with profitability data and location details. This helps you make a confident recommendation even if the recruit is outside your local area.

Yes. The platform is simple and fully automated. Once your calendar is connected, we handle everything from lead flow to follow-up and scheduling. You don’t need to manage any tools. If you can check your email and show up to a meeting, you’re good to go.

After your consultation, you’ll choose how to move the recruit forward. Whether they didn’t answer, already know someone at KW, aren’t a fit, or just need more time, the system handles the follow-up automatically. If they’re ready to move forward, you can either refer them yourself or use the YDS Referral Management Service. Once you make your selection, the platform takes it from there.

No. To protect ad performance, we do not allow individual users to post their KW Career Link on job boards. When multiple people run ads with the same link, it cannibalizes exposure and drives up the cost for everyone. That’s why only YouDriveTheSuccess is authorized to run job board ads using your link. This keeps campaigns effective and cost-controlled.
